A well-designed stand needs careful installation to achieve the look and functionality shown in the approved design. Walls, graphics, lighting, furniture, flooring, counters, displays, and signage all need to come together correctly.
After the exhibition, the stand is dismantled carefully and the space returned according to venue requirements. We support both stages — as part of a complete exhibition project or as a separate service.
From design concept to a real space.
There is usually a fixed period in which the stand must be constructed, finished, branded, furnished, and prepared — with little room for delay. Our installation is planned around the approved design and the venue schedule, so the space is ready before visitors arrive.

We translate the approved 3D concept into the physical environment — positioning branding, graphics, furniture, lighting, counters, displays, and meeting spaces as intended. Small details make a noticeable difference.
Working around venue schedules.
Venues provide specific access and installation periods, often strict when several events share a venue. We plan activities around the available time to complete the stand without unnecessary disruption.
Prepared before we arrive.
A successful installation starts before the team reaches the venue. We review the approved design, the elements to be installed, and the venue information — identifying requirements early, not on the day.
Exhibition graphics installation.
Graphics are among the most visible parts of a stand — and even a well-designed graphic loses impact if installed incorrectly. Positioning, alignment, joins, and edges all matter.
Furniture and display setup.
Reception counters, chairs, tables, sofas, stools, and display units positioned according to the layout — leaving space for visitors to move comfortably, with practical areas for meetings and products that are easy to approach.
Lighting and final details.
Spotlights, LED lighting, illuminated logos, and lightboxes positioned in relation to your branding, graphics, products, and meeting areas — then everything is checked together for a consistent appearance.
Final stand preparation.
Furniture in place, graphics installed, displays ready, visitor areas clean and organised — matching the approved concept as closely as practical, so your team can focus on meeting visitors.
The exhibition does not end when visitors leave.
Dismantling often has a limited time window, just like installation. It is not simply about taking everything apart as quickly as possible — some elements may need to be stored, transported, reused, or handled carefully.
Every venue has its own procedures for dismantling and handing back the space. We follow the agreed schedule and applicable requirements, so the space is cleared in an organised manner.
